Volhoubare Ontwikkelingsdoelwitte

Die Volhoubare Ontwikkelingsdoelwitte (VOD’s) is ’n stel teikens wat verband hou met toekomstige internasionale ontwikkeling. Dit is deur die Verenigde Nasies geskep en word as die Globale Doelwitte vir Volhoubare Ontwikkeling bevorder. Dit het die Millennium-ontwikkelingsdoelwitte vervang wat aan die einde van 2015 verstryk. Die VOD’s is vanaf 2015 tot 2030 van krag. Daar is 17 doelwitte en 169 spesifieke teikens vir daardie doelwitte.^[1]
